This type of earmold is good for CROS and IROS fittings. The canal portion of the mold is in the lower part of the aperture, leaving the upper portion open for venting.

It is similar to the Cros A earmold style – except that the canal portion of the earmold is on the upper portion of the aperture, leaving the lower portion for venting.
Options:
It is also similar to the Cros A earmold – except that the canal portion of the earmold is replaced by tubing. This mold type is used when a comfortable canal fit is not possible with the Cros A or B of earmold.
